Overview
The project for the dining room called for two 48″ x 36″ weavings to be mounted on either side of a two sided opening stone fireplace. The pieces were to be similar but not exactly the same.
Goals
The the shiny copper strips and shades of copper, gold, bronze, vintage bronze and smoke copper coated wires were chosen to complement the rough texture of the stone fireplace.
Process
The client chose to use the design of a previous commissioned piece. The colors were selected from samples of wire.
