Client: The Café at Everybody's

Overview

These are some of my favorite projects.The idea was to welcome customers to the Café and to point the way to the entrance and to present the coffee, juices and smoothies choices.
We have had fun creating banners for the adjacent whole foods store and wanted to continue the style for the café—fun, chalkboard, farm stand produce.
The somewhat permanent outdoor banner 12′ x 5′ needed to be readable from the street and automobile traffic and to continue the style and theme from the main store. The indoor banners of the café were to be informative and keep with the chalkboard store. These are are printed on textured vinyl canvas and stretched like artist canvas on a wooden bars.

Goals

To create welcoming, fun, cheerful and informative art for the café.

Process

Commissioned by he owner, Paul Praither. Working with the Cafe manager Nanette I designed these fun banners.
I continued the style and theme from the whole food store next door (farm stand produce on a chalkboard) for the café).
