Overview
The sculpture "Splinters" are made of solid linden wood, this is a larger micro to the macro level splinters.
Goals
My work focuses on a structural concept of sculpture.
Splinters is constructed as a poetic vision of art as opposed to a modern austere architecture of commercial and colorful shopping mall. the sculptural from placed above seem to correspond visuall to the world below. However, They do not belong to this busy world of commerce, but reather counterpart it.

Additional Information
This idea can be particularly visible in artistic composition I wish to present called Splinters. It is permanently placed in Factory shopping centre in Wroclaw, Poland. This sculpture is one of cycle of my five sculptures which are placed in Factory shopping centers. The work interferes vehemently into the architecture, it cuts through the space of the main hall of the shopping centre and completes it at the same time.
