Overview
The project is a digital image created in Photoshop, originally 14″ x 17″. Image made for the design contest “Sherlock Holmes,” organized by Threadless.
Goals
Goals included legibility, variety in the quotes chosen to create the portrait of Holmes, and faithfulness to the original vision of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.
Process
Peers reviewed my typography choice and word layout, offering suggestions on text placement. The online community at Threadless responded to the image with comments and scores on a scale from 1-5.
