Overview

This residence is situated in upscale New Friends Colony area of New Delhi. Total Area of intervention was 5000 sqft consisting of ground floor and a basement floor. The brief was very clear.. a very modern and tasteful design for the occupants (a family of four..including parents and two children).

Goals

The artwork was to complement the spaces like the bar and the reading corner. The open to sky portion which was connecting the two floors was then also decorated with artwork of screens which was backlit.. This became the main highlight of the design..

Process

The collaboration process was only based on precision in this project. The design concepts were clear and simple but had to be executed by precision.. which the workforce did to attain a perfect finish to the project. it involved cnc cut panels of acrylic based material, digital imagery and lacquered glass.
