Client: Burning Man

Overview

Re:Emergence is a 20’ tall and 56’ long piece exhibited at Burning Man 2022, it demonstrates the extent to which structures shape, but can never fully constrain, human action. At times the design seems to require some forms of action (stooping at the saddle point, for example), but nothing stops you from exiting the tunnel, and climbing outside of the structure altogether. Highly engineered, this piece is extremely robust and withstood aggressive climbing.
