Overview

Painting reproduced on matt finish, approximately 46in x 96in. Framed, with donors names hand-written with permanent markers by the donors themselves. The title of the wall in letters directly on the wall over the frame.

Goals

As the years go by the wall will be covered with names. It will be an emotional event for donors or family members to inscribe the name of the donor and the year the donation was made.

Process

I was contacted by the manager of that department to envision a special wall recognizing donors. Their budget was limited, so an original was out of the question. I took a painting with an old tree (since the donors were extending life) had it photographed at high resolution, printed, framed and installed. The donors will be honored at signing events over the years.

Additional Information

Installation is complete. I was especially moved by the donors taking photos of their signatures.
