Overview

This project consists of 90 window panels, broken tempered glass and sheets of plate containted the design in the middle. The basis of the design was to illustrate tribal healing with different kinds of leaves and plants. These windows illuminate a large area in the Mohegan Sun Casino. 1000 Sqaure Feet.

Goals

Our goals were to use the existing design and layout of the casino to create a seamless, but intriguing addition to this large space. The casino asked that we symbollically represent tribal healing in our artwork.

Process

The collaboration process was a very interesting dynamic since we were working with different firms that are located all over the United States. This created an open line of communication with frequent collaboration. The casino chose us for this job since we could integrate leaves and plants that would adequately represent tribal healing and earth. Once we came to an agreement about the design specifics, things ran smoothly.
