Overview

Etched copper leaves are mounted with standoffs over banquets in a healthcare facility. Project spans 4 ft.high by 40 ft.long.

Goals

Finding a way to make a wall installation that would work with the wall covering was challenging. I work with the art consultant to find colors and the right scale of elements. This piece needed to be in harmony with the other work in the facility in color and material.

Process

I worked closely with the art consultant on the design; providing color samples, etched samples and various layouts. I provided a full size template for ease of installation.
