Overview
The Leadership Development Tower for the United States Airforce Academy in Colorado Springs is a 110′ ropes course for the cadets to practice their team building and leadership exercises. The materials include steel framework, stairs, walkways, belay towers and a roof as well as a paneled glass observation deck all wet painted Airforce blue and white.
Goals
The goal for this project was to provide a functional ropes course for the cadets as well as create an eye catching piece for public art for the USAFA.
