Overview
YGD partnered with Simeone Deary Design Group (SDDG) to bring 7 statement lighting designs to the newly built Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Developed by Kolter Hospitality, this property is situated on the buzzing go-to boulevard, Las Olas – the epicenter for downtown restaurants, shops and nightlife. YGD worked closely with SDDG to create several custom pieces for this space including a custom Boat Hull lit sculpture over the reception desk, custom Acero Urchins and Deco-ish in the bar space, Custom Coral fixtures for the ballroom, and Custom Dishy and Custom School of fish piece for the lobby area.
Goals
Hyatt Centric Brand relies heavily on local and unique inspiration and thus custom pieces were key.
