Overview
One of two public artworks created by Urban Visuals for the Marine Gateway development in Vancouver, Canada in 2015, Ebb and Flow aims to connect viewers with the rhythms and cycles of nature by indicating tidal information from the ocean waters nearby. The cycles of the installation create parallels the comings and goings of residents of the condominium towers, as well as the travel patterns of commuters on the adjacent Canada Line (LRT).
