Client: Palo Alto Start Up Company in Financial Space

Overview

A private finance-related company in Palo Alto, CA saw my work at Pacific Art League, a gallery located in the same town. They purchased several pieces from the show and contacted me to create more. In their foyer is a grid comprised of 20 images from my “California Car Culture” series. Each 20″ x 20″, printed on metal with matte finish.

Goals

The group purchased a number of my images from the show referenced above, where I had probably a total of 30 images on display. They requested several more from the car series, in order to create a symmetrical grid of 20 for their main entryway.

Process

The company contacted the gallery where they saw my work. The gallery then contacted me and we arranged a real-time sale of several images off of the wall. The company then reached out to me at a later date to create additional car images for them that would match those already purchased.

Several of my images not from the California Car Culture series pictured in grid above are located in the upstairs offices of this company.
