Overview
24 feet, on canvas. The theme is 'Bringing Peace to Washington DC'.
Goals
The artwork has become the theme for the Busboys chain of six locations in the DC area, all having their own large scale murals, all artwork on the theme of DC multicultural community.
Process
Client wanted thought provoking themes and imagery reflecting all cultures in the community. The client is an artist in his own right, and understood how to provide input and direction without interfering with the artistic freedom.
Additional Information
The murals are used in combination with Augmented Reality demo apps, with the idea of providing guests with interactivity around events, menus, etc. Mixed reality components provided by Tor Soevik.
