Goals
A kinetic design where its positioning causes visual effects to emerge (image, shape, intensity, perception, contrast) casting interesting shadows. Because it is always in motion, people will have a new perspective at each encounter. The design is inspired and based on a biological component specific to the lake, trees, native plants, animal life living in this environment, a mechanical component for bicyclists and a constant element the Air Force Base, reflecting the activity and character of the aircraft flying over.
