David Griggs is a Denver-based artist who has completed over 60 commissioned works of art throughout the U.S. Primarily a Public Art designer, he has also participated in over a dozen Master Planning and Design Team projects, including the team for Hope, Arkansas, President Bill Clinton’s birthplace. For over 30 years he has been self-employed as an artist, designing and building work for both public and private projects. Involved in projects that require both Public Art planning and advocacy, he has consulted for The City of Boulder, The Denver Housing Authority, Lowry Redevelopment, and the Regional Transportation District.
