A kinetic sculpture that enlivens a busy intersection both day and night. The piece spins in the wind and at night a choreographed light show delights both pedestrians and drivers
Goals
The goal was to create a pedestrian destination for gathering and a visually appealing gateway piece at the entrance to the City.
