Overview
This is a space with the theme of reading and also a social platform with coffee experience as the carrier.The project base is located in the underground space.One of the biggest challenges is how to solve the problem of underground lighting and poor landscape.
Goals
Interior lighting projects that balance the functional illumination of space with the artistic application of light to enhance the user’s experience.Additionally the manufacturer of the LED light system (Philips Color Kinetics) was an essential partner throughout this process.
Process
the luminaires provide personalised lighting solutions in two styles: directional lamp, a reading light. Connecting a space with their intimate landscape of beams and halos, they create a melody of light like musical notes in concert with one another.The reading lamp is a compact, circular wall sconce that offers focused illumination. The luminaire can be turned to direct a cone-shaped beam of light precisely where needed.
