Overview
This experiential plaza at the 911 System/ Communication Dispatch Center of the Los Angeles Police Department is comprised of seemingly chaotic, dark, elliptical columns that reflect and distort the landscape. At the center an inscribed, interactive, revolving panel within a glass cylinder, symbolizes the emotional one-on-one connection and human dimensions of the 911 System. Dimensions: 80’W x 12’H x 45’D
