Overview

USC Village is the largest development in the history of South Los Angeles, and part of that development was the new dining hall for the USC students. Judson Studios has a long history with the university, having produced unique stained glass windows in various places on campus including the Caruso Catholic Center and the Hoose Library of Philosophy. The massive new dining hall is flanked by two large openings which we designed, fabricated, and installed custom stained glass for.

Goals

The design of these windows contains three main elements. The first element is the diamond structure that goes all the way through. Secondly is each crest from the various schools of focus at USC that have their individual crest hand painted and placed among the diamond spaces. Lastly is the circular design at the top of each column, in the center of which is the main USC Crest.
