Overview

The 2 new 8,552 SF buildings are compatible with other campus structures while providing a warm, home-like atmosphere, yet provides group and individual youth program services. The materials are durable, vandal-resistant materials that also require minimal maintenance. The facility is a “green” facility: energy efficient materials and systems, sustainable materials, recyclable materials, locally sourced materials, alternative energy sources (possible solar hot water system), non-VOC materials, construction waste management, water efficient systems, etc..
