Overview
Plaza Five Fifty Five is a classic expression of architectural excellence that continues to define the unique character of California’s Capitol Mall. This landmark building is the first Modernist office building in Sacramento. The unique historic and aesthetic quality of Plaza Five Fifty Five, coupled with the owners commitment to sustainability, earned The Plaza recognition from the Business Owners & Managers Association as Building of the Year in 2005.
Goals
The goals of the design process for Plaza Five Fifty Five sought an environment that stimulated and stirred their tenants. By combining tasteful architecture with site specific pieces, we provided visually appealing areas to welcome tenants and guests.
