Overview
This artwork was fabricated by stainless steel with hand forging crafts. The total height of 530 cm and width 850 cm. It is completed in 2017. Total fabrication time is around 4 months for 3D model optimization, 3D Styrofoam 1:1 model, hand forging and final high mirror polishing.
This sculpture was shipped by ocean transportation with 40’ flat rack container in one piece. We have designed a proper fixation installation method for the clientto install it in Norway.
Goals
This piece of artwork was designed by a famous Norway female artist. The creative inspiration came from the ancient animal called mammoth. It is one huge Skull of mammoth.

Additional Information
The animal sculpture was installed in a natural park nearby a lake. It is a good choice for the material, as the surrounding is very wet, if using other metal, they may rust in a short time. While stainless steel has a good anti-rust ability. It can last more than one hundred years.
