Overview
For the clients private spa, I created a composite from my collection of eyes. In the privacy of a massage, a space for contemplation occurs. Snapshots of people of all ages and ethnicities reveal many personalities, revealing their soul, intellectual clarity and spirituality. Reflecting upon mythology, gods and goddesses were said to have lived on Mount Olympus influencing every aspect of human life. Appearing like men and women, they were curious characters, easily changeable, possessing unique magical powers that come through in the color blue, producing a sense of infinity, heavenly thoughts, truth and human immortality.

Goals
Recreated for a private residence, the 48" x 80" photographic diptych occupies a wall in the private residential spa. Originally created for Ancient Winds, Invisible Dreams, and other Scenarios Exhibition at the Chapman Art Center, Cazenovia College, New York, it was featured again in Eye Contact, Century to Century at Cleveland State University Art Gallery, Ohio.
Process
Ken Allen Studios and I tested different effects, while focusing on acheiving the best "blue" possible. Eye Contact is an ongoing project. For details on participating please contact pamela@juicyheads.com
