36,6 x 40,2 x 22,9 (feet and inches) – Bronze, aluminum, concrete, electrostatic painting – La Rencontre is the largest cast bronze sculpture made in Canada.
Goals
Encounter, balance, reflection, confrontation, and nordicity are among the main themes evoked by our sculptural intervention. These narrative axes complement and enrich each other. Each of them has both an individual and a collective scope. The encounter with oneself, the encounter with others, the face-to-face, the search for balance, the confrontation of one's own image, one's own reflection.
