Overview
Clients purchased a house with good bones but was flat, dark woods, beige walls and white ceilings with no personality. It needed an infusion of color to match their lively lifestyles.
Goals
There was allot of color used to bring this private residence to life. The strong color throughout needed to be represented in the commissioned art pieces as it is the focal point when you enter the house. It brings a sense of cohesion to the space.
Process
The home owners wanted to see color and texture. The designer chose 20 colors to be used in the project.
The artist was given free reign to create the pieces.
Additional Information
The wall space was large. The art pieces are 5 1/2 feet by 4 feet each.
